Meet Cassidy
Hi everyone!
I’m Cassidy, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself as the General Manager here at ATD Clubhouse. I bring over ten years of experience in customer service, with previous management roles at Banana Republic and Browns Shoes, where I cultivated a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Through these roles, I developed strong operational skills, refined my attention to detail, and learned the importance of connecting with each customer to ensure they feel valued and appreciated.
In addition to my management experience, I hold a Digital Marketing Certificate from Concordia University, which has equipped me with a modern approach to effective communication, online engagement, and innovative marketing strategies. At ATD Clubhouse, I’m excited to use these skills to make every interaction memorable and ensure that both our clients and their pets leave our facility happy and satisfied. From the moment you walk through our doors, my goal is to create a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate environment where your needs are met and your pets are treated with the utmost care.
Outside of work, I love exploring new things and keeping life interesting. Whether it’s diving into a good book, discovering the latest must-try restaurant, enjoying live music at concerts, or spending quality time with my mini goldendoodle, Emma, I believe in making the most of every moment. Emma is a big part of my life and has deepened my understanding of the bond between pets and their owners, which I bring to my work every day.
