Service bookings

When you book a service online, you're sending us a request for your preferred time. We'll confirm within 24 hours on weekdays (48 hours on weekends).

• If your time isn't available: we'll reach out to find another time that works for you and your dog.
• Grooming: please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. A no-show, or a cancellation less than 48 hours before, is charged 50% of the groom's price.
• Other services: if your plans change, please give us 48 hours' notice where possible.
• Evaluations: some dogs need a little more time to feel at ease. If your dog isn't ready yet, we'll share advice and recommendations, and we'll try again together. That's why the evaluation is low cost and takes 2 to 3 hours.
