Puppy Intro Groom

Start your puppy's grooming journey the right way! Our Puppy Intro Groom at ATD Clubhouse is designed for pups under 6 months old who are new to grooming. This 30–45 minute session focuses on desensitization, comfort, and confidence-building—not cutting or styling.

Our gentle and compassionate team introduces your puppy to the sights, sounds, and sensations of the grooming process in a safe and positive way. This session helps reduce anxiety and prepares your dog for future grooming, dog daycare, or boarding visits.

What’s Included in the Puppy Intro Groom

Duration: 30–45 minutes

• Gentle Brushing & Handling – Light brushing while gently touching paws, ears, and face to build trust.
• Nail Introduction – Clippers and grinder are introduced slowly; nails trimmed if tolerated.
• Ear Cleaning – Soft wipe to familiarize pups with ear cleaning.
• Clipper & Scissor Desensitization – Experience the sound and vibration without cutting.
• Blow Dryer Familiarization – Low-speed, low-heat air to help them adjust gradually.
• Bath Introduction (Optional) – Gentle sprinkles and nozzle intro if your puppy is comfortable.
• Paw & Pad Handling – Builds tolerance for future paw work.
• Rewards & Praise – Positive reinforcement using treats, praise, and play.

Perfect for puppies under 6 months old. Designed to build confidence, not deliver a full groom.
